To further integrate resources, pool efforts, improve the quality and efficiency of foreign-related legal services, and help enterprises better cope with international market risks, on August 7, CCPIT Zhejiang and Ningbo Intermediate People’s Court jointly held the Foreign-Related Legal Tour. Nearly 100 representatives from universities, courts, bar associations, enterprise rights protection associations and other institutions attended the event.

During the event, the two parties signed the Cooperation Memorandum, intending to promote smoother and more convenient litigation-mediation linkage, more diversified and efficient dispute resolution, and more inclusive and precise legal services.

In addition, Zhejiang International Commercial Legal Service Center and East China University of Political Science and Law School delivered thematic presentations on foreign-related commercial law.
